Hello all fellow Rattlers, Firebirds, and 151st Maintenance. I am a lifetime member of the association and I know many of you personally. I am writing this time of year to wish all of you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Happy Hanuka to you of the Jewish faith. I'm not very well versed in a lot of the other faiths, but We all worship the one God, I wish you all well. May God bless us all and may Peace on Earth become a reality we all can have. I hope to see you all in Denver!

I was wondering: Do you think that the helicopter guys in the war zones will tie red and green smoke to their skids, and fly around the compounds playing christmas music? Just sitting here on a cold snowy nebraska day thinking about our troops overseas and christmas away from home

This is a medical alert to all. I have just finished a bout with prostate cancer. Most likely agent orange related as I have no cancer in my family. Because the VA detected it early I will have a long life. On October 4th I had my prostate removed. I had nerve sparing surgery which is the way to go if you run into this problem. All the cancer was confined to the prostate and my nerve bundles were left intact. I am letting you all know this because if you are not getting your PSA checked yearly and having a 5 second digital exam every year you could be putting yourself in line for getting prostate cancer and detecting it to late. Detecting it early give you many more options to save your life for you and your family. My last PSA score was 0 and I was only in diapers for 6 weeks. This is serious business guys so get on the band wagon and get checked out. See ya all in Denver.
