I have just stumbled upon a new driving game for mobiles, it's called Real Race: Asphalt Road Racing and it's really like a racing sim with arcade mechanics. It has very state-of-the-art AI and I've played already ten times successively or so and it is still amusing and engaging. It is somehow kewl to drive and vanquish other racers on 6 or so tracks. Game is like race featuring GT cars like race or asphalt. Racing through dunes and steppes, avenues and roads, it is like Need for Speed Carbon or Most Wanted, and as a matter of fact the newest part, NFS: Rivals Underground. There are no chases with the police, but perhaps it is good though as multiplayer asphalt gameplay grants great opportunity to show your unparalleled underground drag racing skills. In-game great speed forces a feel of literally being there and hurrying with the best racers as seen on TV. Adrenaline spikes are not far and few. On a scale of one to 10 I would give it a strong 8. List of features is really overwhelming, so is its replayability. Besting the leaderboards really caughts you and you're right away drawn in. It trully reminds me of Asphalt Overdrive. Overall it is a awesome, ambitious free app.

Well put, Norm. I'm sure many of our fellow Viet vets understand and agree with your feelings. I greatly agreed with and admired George W. Bush and only really strongly opposed one of his actions while in office. That was his decision to go back into Iraq. I opposed because I believed we could go in there and do everything right and the American people would tire of the effort demand that we get out, which they did. Fortunately though, they did not turn against the military as they did in Vietnam. Now we have Obama taking us back to do it all again, We never seem to learn. The truth of the matter is, those folks have hated and fought each other since the beginning of recorded history and no matter how many tines we go in and force an unwanted truce on them, as soon as we leave, they will start fighting again. Strength and force are the only things that some people understand. Our interference only causes us to be more despised by all factions in that area and indeed much of the world. Welcome Home to you, BROTHER. Hal

Veterans day 2014- I'm proud to claim the title veteran, to be one the brothers of combat. Its an experience giving us guys in particular a special appreciation of the freedom we enjoy here in the USA. Yet even though I'm truly proud to have served with you guys and performed the duties we braved, to overcome that enemy and come home safe those long years ago, home to a public who scorned us, who made even a job search much more difficult, most likely driving some to claim they were not veterans. To grow out their hair and try to blend into the liberal bleeding hearts population. But we have all long put that behind us, the wounds healing somewhat for most of us. But still today, on every passing Veteran's day, those feelings come back, every time I see a public display of patriotism towards our new vets... don't get me wrong, not that they don't deserve it, it just feels wrong to me to see every one treated with such adulation and hero worship, even the lowliest troops just home from basic, are received as if they were John Frig'n Wayne. It still hurts, to think back to all the looks of disdain, to remember how we hid who we were and what we did. I feel now on these veteran days of late, that we, brothers of Nam', have finally taught a well deserved lesson to the American public, that veterans, all of us, are honorable and worthy of their respect. That we have shown them, through our hard work ethics, born of our get the mission done training and experiences, how the majority of us have led successful and honest god fearing lives, we have taught them to respect and honor our veterans again, as they ounce did in those years of Korean and WWII homecomings. I feel the Vet's of today's generation owe us us a special thanks, not for our service, but for that unseen and unsung lesson we taught the American public, the lesson that all vets are truly worthy of their thanks and respect, not for any war heroism, or medals won... but for finally realizing what courage and willingness and love we we had of our country, by simply answering the call to duty when our country needed us. God bless all or brothers in arms, but especially to you guys, you brothers of Nam', who finally are getting that long deserved "Welcome home soldier". Norm "ND" Pruett CC 1st plt. I've recently come across a fresh asphalt game for mobiles, it's called Real Race: Asphalt Road Racing and it's nearly like a racing sim with arcade gameplay. Another year has come and gone and Veterans Day is almost here where I can remember and honor the 55 men in our company who gave their lives for our country. We also lost 8 more of our men, including 1 who was awarded the Medal of Honor while serving in country on additional tours. Each year more and more of the men who served in our company and came home are no longer with us. On November 11, I am going to remember and honor all of them. They are all missed. God bless them all. For all of those that I served with and those that I have met over the last 47 years, thank you for your service.
