Larry Mack and John Rodgers were members of a snakedoctor crew killed in action while trying to aid a downed aircraft. RIP!

I remembered the day he gave his life. I remember him as a serious and professional Crew Chief/ Helicopter Mechanic that always had the time for us new Crew Chiefs. The Snake Doctor was his baby and they flew in to take care of us many times. Thanks Brother.

I did not know Larry well; but I do remember his professionalism and competence. He was willing to help a FNG and I am grateful.
RIP

I knew Larry well. I was the one Snake Doctor crew member that day (April 20, 1968)that did not die in that explosion.
RIP my friend.
