He was my ‘big’ brother – 8 years older than me, and the person I looked up to the most. His funeral at Arlington was really tough, but I was so grateful to those conducting it – it was done properly, with dignity. I miss him a lot – and am very proud of him. He served his country well.

Just found this site. Nice to hear good things about the man i barely knew. Sad that i lost the rest of the galbraith clan when i lost him. Im still a galbraith by blood right?

To The Galbraith Family,
For years I knew that I had a handsome cousin who had died in Vuetnam and was buried at Arlington.
I brought this knowledge with me every Remeberance Day, I’m Canadian.
Now watching Ken Burns’ documentary, I thought I should acknowledge High.
My great uncle wac Gordon Galbraith, and I remember both High and Bruce.
My love to you all.
