Comments: THE JOHN KONTORCHIK YOU REFER TO IS MY BELOVED BROTHER, JOHN. HIS MIDDLE NAME WAS HENRY. HE TOOK HIS LIFE AFTER ENDURING 20 YEARS OF BODY ERODING DIABETES AND ONLY AFTER OUR BROTHER RONALD,JOHN'S BEST FRIEND IN THE WORLD, DIED SUDDENLY FROM AN ASTHMA ATTACK.

I DO NOT WANT HIS SOLIDER BUDDIES TO THINK ANY LESS OF HIM, FOR TAKING HIS OWN LIFE, FOR MYSELF AND THE REST OF HIS FAMILY KNOW WHAT A TRULY BRAVE MAN, OUR JOHN WAS.

HE COULD NOT BEAR THE THOUGHT OF GOING THRU THE REST OF HIS LIFE WITHOUT HIS BROTHER, AND THE YEARS OF GIVING HIMSELF 3 SHOTS A DAY TO KEEP HIS DIABETES IN CHECK JUST GOT THE BETTER OF HIM.

IF ANY OF YOU, WHO WAS IN THE SERVICE WITH MY WONDERFUL BROTHER WOULD LIKE TO SHARE ANY STORIES ABOUT HIM; HE WOULD NOT TALK ABOUT HIS TIME IN VIETMAN WITH HIS FAMILY, I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

YOU MAY EMAIL ME AT IDABURFEL@AOL.COM. THANKS FOR LISTENING AND I WOULD BE HAPPY TO HEAR FROM ANY OF HIS BUDDIES. I MISS HIM VERY MUCH AND WOULD LOVE TO HEAR ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCES IN THE ARMY.

SINCERELY,

CHRISTINE TUCKER
